Contracts Manager – Responsive Maintenance (Damp & Mould + FRA) We’re recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established main contractor delivering responsive maintenance services across South East London and North Kent. This is a key leadership role overseeing two long-term frameworks, each with a 4-year duration, offering stability, autonomy, and genuine career progression. The Role Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will take full operational responsibility for two contracts: * A Damp & Mould remediation programme * A Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) works contract Each contract services approximately 1,200 properties per year, requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively. You’ll lead a team of 5 direct staff, while coordinating a trusted and established supply chain of operatives to deliver high-quality, compliant works. This role demands a balance of commercial awareness, operational oversight, and people leadership.
